Please note: If your order includes products from a collaboration (such as KITSCH, Loungefly, Casetify, or other partner brands), your withdrawal request must be submitted directly through the respective brand's website, as these products are fulfilled and managed independently by our partners. 

For all other Lisa Frank products, please complete the form below with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds, including original shipping costs, will be processed upon receiving your withdrawal request or the returned items.
