We aim to process all orders within 48 business hours prior to shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, it is shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or loss once the package has been accepted by USPS.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue for review. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund once the issue is verified. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, in accordance with Shopify’s refund procedures. Claims that cannot be verified may be denied.
